Stott Pilates Reformer classes are suited for men and women of all fitness levels from beginner to intermediate. In addition, you will jump start your metabolism through strength training and cardio exercises, allowing you to burn calories at a rate of a third more than during the actual class.
The Reformer is an efficient, fat-burning, body strengthening and tightening workout. It attacks the bulk in the hips and thighs, elongates your muscles, and tightens the body’s core for abs of stone. You can expect improved postural alignment and balance.This is a low impact high-result program and can be custom designed for each person.
